All our studios are located in Yensabai Condominium in South Pattaya, with 3 elevators and private swimming pool. and all our Studio apartments are equipped to the same standards:
40sqm, air conditioned, shower (bathroom), fully equipped kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, fully furnished, double bed, wardrobe, safe, TV, video (VCR), telephone, 5 sqm balcony. Including maid-service once a week.
Short-term (1-4 days): Same price per day as minimum stay (5-8 days).
Extra cleaning charge only 200.- Baht
Long-term: Special prices on request !
